  We loved Brad. Brad was able to show us exactly which wines we were searching for, and provided us with a lot of information about the surrounding wineries, which proved helpful for us considering we were lost and tourists. I would highly recommend wine tasting with Brad, as he had an extensive knowledge of wines without being unapproachable or snobby. #betterthanpenfolds

  Now haven't eaten here for a LONG time. However the wine, the service the food were EXCELLENT ! The best steaks I have had anywhere for a long time, and went to a five star restaurant later that night and the food and service there wasn't 1/20th of what we got here. The food was fresh, tasty, presented well and cooked perfectly to everyone's liking. can't wait to go back !

  Restaurant looked lovely and waitress really friendly and helpful. Garlic bread entree and the side of corn was nice and so was the wine. Night went downhill from there. No spirits available only beer or wine. For a supposed 'steakhouse' the steak was really bad. I ordered the fillet mignon and the 400g scotch fillet with a side of beer battered fries and corn on cobs. The 400g scotch fillet had no seasoning and sadly none on the table either. It was overcooked (well done) and barely warm. My fillet mignon came out in two pieces with vegetables. The first piece was edible but bland and also barely warm and the second piece was near raw when i cut into it. The waitress took my plate and apologised and offered a replacement. She also apologised stating we only have in the kitchen tonight an apprentice 'chef' and hes learning to cook steaks. Another couple nearby were forced to swap meals as their steaks were cooked incorrectly and they too appeared unhappy and simply asked for the bill and left. We waited for the replacement and it too was sadly dissapointing the meat again was poor quality and still not cooked correctly a complete lack of care as the bacon that should be surrounding the mignon was simply left aside and looked very unappealing. At this stage i was off my appetite and simply elected to pay the bill and leave. Fortunately they didnt charge me for my meal, rightfully so. We were then surprised to exit into complete darkness and to stumble through an uneven pathway for an eventual sensor light to come on 25m down the path. This shows a lack of thought for the customer. Good way to ruin your business by not having the chef who knows how to cook the meals on offer on duty. Cost cutting perhaps?
